Integration of third-party services and content

It may happen that content from third parties, such as videos from YouTube, maps from Google Maps, RSS feeds or graphics from other websites, are integrated into this online offer. This always requires that the providers of this content (hereinafter referred to as “third-party providers”) are aware of the users’ IP address. Because without the IP address, they could not send the content to the respective user's browser. The IP address is therefore required to display this content. We strive to only use content whose respective providers only use the IP address to deliver the content. However, we have no influence if third-party providers store the IP address, for example for statistical purposes. As far as we know, we inform users about it.

Google Maps

On this website we use Google Maps, a map service from Google Inc. ("Google"), to display an interactive map and to create directions. By visiting the website, Google receives the information that you have accessed the corresponding subpage of our website. We have no influence on data transmission.

You have the option of deactivating the Google Maps service and thus preventing data transfer to Google by deactivating JavaScript in your browser. However, we would like to point out that in this case you will not be able to use the map display on our website.

Further information on the purpose and scope of data collection and processing by the plug-in provider can be found in the provider's data protection declarations. We use the so-called “two-click solution”. This means that when you visit our site, no personal data is initially transmitted to the plug-in providers. You can recognize the provider of the plug-in by the marking on the box using its first letter or the logo. This gives you the opportunity to communicate directly with the provider of the plug-in using the button. Only if you click on the marked field and thereby activate it will the plug-in provider receive the information that you have accessed the corresponding website of our online offering. By activating the plug-in, your personal data will be transmitted to the respective plug-in provider and stored there.

We have no influence on the data collected and data processing operations, nor are we aware of the full extent of data collection, the purposes of processing, or the storage periods. We also have no information about the deletion of the data collected by the plug-in provider.

The plug-in provider saves the data collected about you as usage profiles and uses them for advertising, market research and/or needs-based design of its website. Such an evaluation is carried out in particular (also for users who are not logged in) to display tailored advertising and to inform other users of the social network about your activities on our website. You have the right to object to the creation of these user profiles; to exercise this you must contact the respective plug-in provider. Through the plug-ins we offer you the opportunity to interact with social networks and other users so that we can improve our offering and make it more interesting for you as a user.
